Soooo in love with the Asian culture that my step-sons and I are trying to learn Chinese. Holy shit. Talk abt one hard language to learn. Best way to describe it is, that you talk with the tip of your tongue touching the back of your bottom teeth when you try to pronounce a word. So while DJ and I learn the language, CB is going to try his hand at making dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam and Korea. This should be an interesting experience all around.
